Agency Placement Fees

Long-term: 12% of the care provider’s estimated annual gross income The placement fee is due once an offer of employment has been made.

Short-term: $5.00 per hour/4 hour minimum Short-term agency fees will be charged at the time of confirmation Charges are non-refundable in the case of cancellation.

Note: On-Call, Sick Child, Back-up, or Event Care are available only in the DFW Metro and areas north of the city.
 

Guarantee of Services

Choose The Right Nanny offers a guarantee of referral toward the replacement of one provider within 90 days for full-time placements.

Short-term guarantee is limited to providing a replacement for the requested work order or giving credit toward a future work order. More information is contained in the Client Services Agreement.

Care Provider Fees

Fees vary according to skill level, job requirements, location, and other considerations.
Care providers are not employees of CTR Nanny, and are paid directly by the cli at the time service is rendered.Below are examples of compensation ranges.
